  Manager is rude, lazy, unhelpful. Started an account, no problem. Then I tried to use it, but now they need proof ontop of ID... I need to provide bills and mail for an account with $0 and no transactions? Didn't need any of that to start an account tho

  Unless asain manager. Trash and No help on business checks over 20 k. Waste of a manager. Should be let go

  I had a great experience at TD Bank today. Farnaz assisted me, and she was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. She handled everything efficiently and made sure all my concerns were addressed. I really appreciate her excellent service. Thanks also to this branch for maintaining such a high standard of customer care. Keep up the great work!

  Incompetent, arrogant, unprofessional absolutely useless people who work at this branch. I came in with my mom today to transfer money from my account to her account the most simple task that you can ask. My main issue is with a lady named Brooke if I am not mistaken. I cannot say worse things about how she treated my mother and I. I had a little bit of water that spilled on my ID, like a normal human being she could’ve came up to me and said, hey next time, this won’t be a valid source of ID so and so instead, she turns to her coworker and says tell her that I’m not accepting this next time and she needs to go get it fixed in the rudest most condescending tone. She also came over and asked why I’m transferring this money which is a valid question but the tone and the way she asked me was completely unacceptable. It was beyond unprofessional. I’ve gotten a better greeting going into McDonald’s then at this branch, everyone is miserable you were not greeted with a smile, everything that you asked for feels like a chore for them. Mind you they’re getting paid to be there! They’re constantly rolling their eyes. Maybe management should read all these reviews and wonder why your bank is that a 3.2 rating …. Save yourself and go to BMO or Cibc that will be the first thing I will be doing
