From the moment I arrived, they kept asking for new documents one after another: “Bring this paper,” “We need that proof,” “Go get this verification.” I went home several times, went to the bank, and even to my salon to print things they requested. Every time I brought what they asked for, they came up with something else. After hours of running around, when everything was finally ready, they suddenly said I had to change the title — something they could have told me right at the beginning. It was obvious they had no idea what documents were actually required, and the staff were completely uncoordinated and unprofessional. Even the manager admitted it was their mistake and told me they’d make an exception “just this time.” But five minutes later, another employee called me back and said, “Sorry, we can’t do it.” So after an entire day of wasted time, stress, and effort, nothing got done. Their customer service is beyond poor — they don’t communicate properly, they waste your time, and they don’t take responsibility for their own errors. I strongly do NOT recommend anyone to go there. They’ll only waste your time and energy, asking for endless documents and then telling you at the end that they can’t help you. Save yourself the trouble — go somewhere that actually respects your time.
