But when I asked to speak with a manager, Bassam came over, and everything changed. He completely shifted the mood. His approach was professional, understanding, and genuinely reassuring. He reminded me of what true leadership looks like because being a good manager isn’t just about overseeing things, it’s about the way you handle situations and connect with people. What he did for me today was outstanding, and it made me want to become a TD client. After that, I was assisted by Nadia, and she was just incredible. Her service made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer. Because of her, I didn’t just want to join TD, I actually left loving the experience. Bassam is the reason I wanted to become a TD customer, and Nadia is the reason I now love being one.
