  Visit this branch at your risk. The tellers give you the wrong information, inspite you asking them to reconfirm, they reassure you that they are correct, which costs you money because of their fault and then they don't evem accept their mistake and start interrupting and blaming you saying you asked that particular service from them. They make up lies and stories just to save their own self and never acknowledge that they were mistaken and were sorry. Worst experience from TD .

  In the past 18 months I have had the two worst banking experiences of my life at this location. First, during our mortgage renewal, an employee misquoted a rate on two separate occasions, having us almost sign for the wrong rate. Current, I am trying to add my son to our family RESP. It's been 3 months and the employee has made 3 separate mistakes and has no become unresponsive. Today I called and left my number for the manager to call me (I was told they would in 15 minutes. I still am waiting hours later. How little they seem to care about their customers personal finances is shocking. I can't wait to switch banks.

  There were multiple staff members just sitting around at the front doing absolutely nothing. Despite having only three people ahead of me, I ended up waiting 45 minutes before anyone finally helped me, and by then the line had grown even longer. Worst service I’ve ever received at a TD bank.

  Used to be better, a lot of long standing staff have transferred out. Wish they hired more diversely.
