I experienced an unfortunate family situation, and Ted, the branch manager, immediately noticed my distress and asked, “What can I do to help?”—and he truly has been helping ever since. The tellers are also always friendly and supportive. I even referred my neighbour, who was in a difficult mortgage situation, and Ted and his team resolved everything for him within 72 hours. When life throws you a curveball, it’s a relief to have people like this in your corner. Other banks could really take note.

I have a business account with the bank, never had issue depositing the cheques into that account before, apparently customer experience manager came up new policy for that cheque not to be deposited into this bank. Literally went to another branch, Chq was deposited in 2 minutes without any questions being asked. I couldnt understand how there were different policies for different branches of same bank
