I came in to the branch this morning to get some information regarding my account that only TD could tell me, my teller was looking for the info when TD Rep AMANDA overheard my confidential conversation and barged over to rudely and loudly discuss my private banking matter for the entire lineup to hear, during this interaction AMANDA told me “we don’t have any info to give you so that’s all there is for you to know” - this branch needs retraining especially on account and client privacy. I see a common denominator in these google reviews regarding this TD branch. I highly recommend BMO mount forest, they have great client services.
