- SBSan BabbJul 29, 20251.0Absolutely the Worst Branch – Unprofessional, Rude, and Deceptive Staff. I WISH I COULD GIVE MINUS 5 STARS TO THIS LOCATION This is now my third awful experience at this location, and it just keeps getting worse. The staff here are shockingly rude, careless, and completely unfit for customer-facing roles. They give false information, act like they couldn’t care less, and straight-up lie to your face. There is no concept of customer service at this branch – none. On my latest visit, I arrived at 4 PM (it closes at 6 on that day), looking to speak with a financial advisor about setting up a GIC. I politely approached an Indian woman sitting at the front desk who appeared to be doing absolutely nothing — likely one of the supervisors or lead cashiers. Instead of offering any kind of greeting or assistance, she just looked at me with an unprovoked scowl and snapped, "What?" — as if I was bothering her by existing. When I explained I was looking to speak with a financial advisor, she dismissively muttered "I have to see," then walked off behind the counter and never came back. No update, no explanation — just vanished. I stood there waiting for 15 minutes, completely ignored, before finally giving up and walking out. This branch is a disgrace. Three visits, three disasters. It’s not just bad — it’s a warning sign. If you value your time, dignity, or financial well-being, stay far away from this location.
