  Himanshu Kalyan helped me resolve an urgent issue with my card. He was professional, patient, and genuinely committed to finding a solution. He proactively coordinated calls with his colleagues at the branch and the TD call centre, and thanks to his efforts the issue was fully resolved by the end of the day. His professionalism and strong client-focused problem-solving mindset truly stand out and deserve recognition.

  I’ve had repeated experiences at this TD Canada Trust branch that reflect a serious lack of consistency in service. The outcome of any visit seems to depend entirely on the individual employee you happen to speak with, rather than on clear policies or standard procedures. Wait times are consistently long, and staff often appear disorganized and unprepared to provide accurate guidance. On multiple occasions, I was given incorrect or conflicting information, which led to unnecessary delays instead of solutions. What is most disappointing is that this approach does not align with the Canadian standards of professionalism, transparency, and customer-focused service that banks are expected to uphold. It also falls short of the helpful, respectful culture that Canada is known for. I expect a major Canadian bank to operate based on clear rules, consistent processes, and a genuine commitment to helping customers—not on personal interpretations by individual employees. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience at this branch.

  Very professional and friendly team. Update: I have a closing date and the issue got too complicated because they just decided to notify me now that my name mismatches. this was regarding a cheque that was identical to a cheque previously deposited at no issue at all. The name on the cheque is my full name (correct) but they put my last name at the beginning and the name at TD was incomplete. I took the cheque, corrected it, came back with the corrected cheque, official paper showing the source of funds, 2 IDs. They still decided they cannot remove the hold on the deposited money. The manager gave me advice to make the cheque payable to the lawyer responsible for closing which was totally refused by the lawyer and by the third party. Now I need to deal with the consequences.

  Wasif today amazing. Manger Mr Alvi is very helpful . Since Mr alvi is manager this branch has improved a lot . I know this branch get new trainee which is not under control of anyone. Customers should realize these new trainees should be encouraged and appreciated. They are our own kids.

  I’ve consistently experienced long wait times at this branch. The staff often come across as disorganized and unprofessional, which only adds to the frustration. Very disappointed with the level of service — definitely not what I expect from a major bank.
