- PPPradnya4 days ago5.0I had a mixed but ultimately very positive experience at TD Bank, and I would like to appreciate the staff who made a difference. During my first visit, Arban Bhatia assisted me in opening my new TD account, and the process was quick, smooth, and efficient. His professionalism made the experience very pleasant. On my second visit for a follow-up appointment, I was surprised to learn that no appointment was booked under my name and that the advisor was on vacation. After explaining the situation to a few staff members, my request was finally assigned to Jasman (hope I spelled it correctly). I’m truly grateful for his support. He was extremely helpful, patient, and took the time to guide me through all my questions step by step without rushing. Despite the initial confusion, the excellent customer service provided by Jasman reflects TD Bank’s commitment to helping customers. Thank you for turning a potentially frustrating experience into a positive one.
