This branch reeks of unprofessionalism and a lack of training, genuinely. The personal bankers don’t appear to take their jobs seriously and from our experience, the assistant branch manager fits in the same category. We are genuinely appalled at how this branch continues to operate with such disregard for customer success and finance. We’ve been 9.5 year customers and feel nearly forced to switch banks.
