  Extremely Poor Customer Experience at TD Branch with "Mehria Muskin" I visited the branch on December 23 to secure my account after receiving a fraudulent call. I was assisted by a representative, Gurjot Marwaha. She was polite and well-intentioned, but appeared new and had to consult the manager for almost every question. The manager, Mehria Muskin (Customer Experience Manager), was extremely rude and dismissive. Her attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of listening to my concern or offering reasonable solutions, she repeatedly told me that TD could do nothing except either close my entire account and reopen a new one, or change my phone number which I have been using for the past 15 years. I found this unacceptable and surprising, given that TD could simply secure the account or replace the debit card, which was briefly mentioned but not properly offered as a solution. I clearly explained that I came only to secure my account due to fraud concerns. Being told to close and reopen long-standing accounts, when I have multiple products with TD, is not reasonable. The way this was communicated was rude and dismissive. When I asked to speak to the branch manager, I was told there was no manager available. I was also told there was no way to book a call or meeting, and that I did not need to be informed of internal processes. The branch manager, Abhinav Kohli, was supposed to call me back, but I never received a call. This was one of the worst banking experiences I have had in over 10 years with TD. I have visited this branch many times in the past and had positive experiences, including with an employee named Jennifer, who was always professional and helpful. Unfortunately, this interaction completely changed my view of this branch. Due to this experience, I am seriously considering closing my accounts. I expect better professionalism, empathy, and customer service, especially when dealing with fraud-related concerns. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

  I was thinking why this brach has so many low rating, until i took their service, very unprofessional employee, the lady and her tone while providing service is the worst, she thinks i lied for the transactions that reflected on my account, don’t she herself work for the bank, how come she don’t know that, sometime it takes time to reflect transactions done on the same day? Could not remember her name, but her tone is very unprofessional, please have value for your customers and have a smile at least. This is not the first time i visited td bank, i have been to other brach but they were fine, i even gave them best rating but here it’s terrible.
