  Always problems at this bank and insanely long lines. Every other TD in the area is run smoothly, I’d recommend visiting any other branch than this one.

  I’ve read many negative reviews about this branch, and while I understand that some customers may have experienced challenges at certain times, it’s unfair to judge the entire branch based on those situations. I personally visit this branch at least twice a week for work-related matters and have never encountered any issues. I have interacted with the Branch Manager, Sandy, as well as Veronica, Lisa, and Rabia, and they have all been consistently professional, humble, and supportive. I would especially like to highlight Veronica (Advisor/Teller), who is truly exceptional. She is extremely helpful, calm, and genuinely kind. I had seven debit cards that needed to be activated, PINs to be set, and several transactions to be completed across different accounts. Veronica handled everything smoothly and efficiently, without showing any stress or frustration. We truly need more customer service professionals like her, people who understand customer needs and always provide thoughtful guidance and solutions. Once again thank you to Veronica, Lisa, Sandy & Rabia for your support and services.

  We had really bad experience with this branch. Usually most of the Tellers are rude. We contacted a person to renew our mortgage, submitted our documents, took a hit on cr score and then the person stopped replying emails or calls. We eventually took our business to RBC.

  I have to go here to deposit chqs regularly. And almost every time there is a problem. Last time there was a difference supervisor and she didn’t accept the chq from the same customer that I have been depositing for months. There was a letter missing. I asked account manager to add it and went there later on the day. Supervisor was leaving and she saw me coming back again, called the other supervisor on duty and asked her to refuse again. The one on the duty was the one that was there all the time when I was depositing the same chq. I don’t blame the staff, they probably didn’t receive enough training, clearly all the supervisors do something different and it all depends on their mood. Also talked ro their mortgage advisor he was so sure to give us the loan so we trusted him and let him do a credit check, we waited long time to hear back and he was not responding, and we went in and he told us that it was rejected. We got the approval from rbc following week with a better rate and we were regretting trusting him to do credit check which lowered our score. They seem to be handling basic transactions ok but that’s it.

  Clerks are undertrained, made a huge error that cost me $12k. Took months to fix and made me miss out on big opportunities.
