  Stay away from this branch, Was passing through the area. I thought I stopped by this bank. I asked for a $4000 for my business account. I had some funds coming through my POS in my business and they said sorry we have to verify it and they couldn’t give me the money I will never stop to do business with this branch again. The manager should’ve acted in A better business transaction

  Only 2 tellers serving all customers. 45 min in queue just to do my banking. TD bank strong argument is wr have a place and tellers to attend customers. Not anymore. Appreciate more tellers to work or branch manager herself show up to assist customers.

  Branch manager Sandra has a terrible & unprofessional attitude. Try and avoid having to speak to unprofessional & incompetent managers. Clearly TD likes to reply with automated responses & not actually solve problems.

  Very disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour from Sandra, Nikki and Shubhada. These three made me and my wife go back and forth several times to prove that we were married! What makes you think you can get involved with customers at such a personal level? The silliest part was Sandra trying to cover up one of their many mistakes by calling my wife and saying to her "tell your husband that you've received your credit card" when in fact it hadn't arrived because of an error in their system and I had already confirmed this by calling TD's HQ. What kind of goat farm are you guys running??
