He called me at 5:57 p.m. to ask when I would arrive for our scheduled appointment, and I informed him I was parking and would be there within five minutes. Despite this, I ended up waiting 30 minutes after arriving — with no apology for the delay. Throughout the meeting, he was rude in his comments, kept yawning, and showed a clear lack of professionalism or courtesy. To make matters worse, he stated that he could no longer assist me because the appointment was scheduled for one hour and that his shift ended at 7 p.m. — even though half of that time had been lost due to his own lateness. This experience demonstrated very poor time management, communication, and respect for clients. The branch should ensure proper training on professionalism and customer service to prevent similar experiences for others.

The recent renovation really upgraded the space and enhanced the overall banking experience. They’ve clearly invested in expanding both the layout and staff presence, which makes service efficient and smooth even during busy times. This is my wife's home branch and she has always had excellent banking experiences here. The staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. It's great to see a branch that prioritizes customer service and convenience — highly recommend!
