- APAdam PDec 17, 20251.0Every time I try to deposit cash or a cheque at the drive thru machine it gets rejected and returned. This happens all the time. Because of this I always have to go inside the branch to make deposits. The drive-thru machine has never worked properly for me

No matter the time of day or how busy it may be, nearly half of the teller stations never have staff helping the constant flow of customers who come to this branch. A quick 3 minute interaction (that requires seeing a teller) becomes 15-20 minutes at this branch. So much for banks being profit machines, they can’t tend to the clients who provide them the money that helps fund their entire business. I’m a firm believer better can always be done. Not sure if that’s something TD cares for. Prove me wrong.
