  I had a very disappointing experience with my TD advisor, SZ. She offered me a rate of 4.49% with a small discount down to 4.39%, insisting this was the best rate available. She pressured me to sign within 30 minutes or risk losing the offer, which made me feel rushed into a decision. Because I trusted that the bank was looking out for my best interest, I signed. The very next day, my brother secured a 3.9% rate with RBC — nearly a 0.5% difference. When I called SZ to ask about this, her response was, “You should’ve checked the market yourself. I don’t know other competitors’ rates.” What kind of advisor doesn’t know what competitors are offering? Do you think clients are idiots who won’t eventually find out they were misled? A small difference of 0.15% or 0.2% could be understandable, but 0.5% is significant. Instead of acting in the client’s best interest, I felt taken advantage of. Next renewal, when I speak with any TD employee, do you think after this horrible experience I will trust them or their advice? This is not the level of trust and transparency I expect from TD.

  bad experience ,my id expired and they ask for paper of renewal but i don’t have now i can’t take my cash ,this is my branch in 3 different branches they give me without problem.manager must leave

  The worst td location. I have been to this location 10 times and i never received the service. The managers and reps are trained to lie to you and not solve your problem. They look for every option to decline service.
