Cost me around 70$ after waiving only first month fee due to depositing 2-3 days after opening instead. No accountability for their mistake only a sorry. Not surprising the rating for this branch is so abysmally low. Would avoid these guys. Not worth the headache.

Expect long, unreasonable wait times with no explanation or apology, followed by interactions with staff who seem poorly trained and completely disengaged. I was given conflicting information by two employees, resulting in multiple visits, frustration and wasted time. Most unacceptable of all was the rude and dismissive attitude from staff—basic courtesy and professionalism were clearly absent. I personally witnessed the bank manager, Dolly, being rude and curt with another customer—an appalling example of leadership and professionalism. If this is the standard set by management, it’s no surprise the rest of the experience is so poor. Instead of helping customers, they make you feel like an inconvenience. This branch reflects a complete breakdown in customer service, communication, and competence. I would strongly recommend avoiding it if you value your time

Really people dont have time and they keep on calling next day . Please have staff meeting and tell them to work fast and help not have long line ups .
