  TD Branch – 7060 McLaughlin Road, Mississauga, ON L5W 1W7 Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience – Needs Immediate Attention from TD Management Today, my family and I visited this TD branch around 4:30 PM today to withdraw funds from our RESP account to make a payment toward our son’s tuition at Humber College. We had previously met with a Punjabi financial representative at the same branch who handled everything professionally and clearly explained which documents and identification to bring for this process. However, today’s experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Upon arrival, a staff member asked us to wait while she found someone to assist. Shortly after, a personal banker named Matthew Geng attended to us. We provided all the required documents, and he said he would return shortly. To our surprise, we saw him discussing and showing our documents to another staff member at the front desk, in full view of other customers. The other staff member, who we later learned was the Branch Manager, Dolly, spoke loudly and dismissively, saying things like “we can’t process this—tell them to bring this and that,” showing little regard for our privacy or professionalism. It felt as though we were in a public marketplace rather than a respected financial institution. When I asked Matthew who the lady was, he said she was the Branch Manager. I was honestly shocked by her tone and lack of courtesy. When he returned to us, he simply said, “We can’t help,” without even asking the purpose of our visit. As long-time TD customers, we felt unwelcome, disrespected, and disappointed by the lack of customer service and privacy at this branch. This experience does not reflect the service standards of a leading Canadian bank. I sincerely hope that TD’s upper management reviews this incident seriously and takes corrective action so that no other customer has to go through a similar experience. – A disappointed TD client

  I had a very disappointing experience at this TD branch. I waited for a long time, and no one even came to assist or speak to me. All the advisors were on their phones and seemed to be closing their offices instead of helping customers. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of people’s time.

  I'm not really the type to write a review about a bad experience but my experience at this branch a couple weeks back was beyond frustrating. Now I understand all about bank's policies and I am totally fine with everything. But the branch manager Dolly I believe her name was has no business being rude, entitled and talking down to customers. However, the girl with long hair that helped me a couple days ago had a beautiful smile, sweet and very pleasant to chat with. She probably remembers me from previous interactions as she waved and greeted me warmly. I thank her for the amazing service that she delivered.
