- SASanjiv AgarwalOct 31, 20251.0NEVER invest with EJ. Their advisors are the most irresponsible I have ever seen. I have long discontinued my investments with them (over 5 years) but I still keep getting statements every month for like 0.17c balance. I have emailed them several times to close my accounts so I don't get statements but no response for 5 years!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!! If you guys at EJ don't have respect for clients, at least respect the environment. I am sure you are using unnecessary paper and spending more on mailing these statements than the balance itself LOL! I am glad I got out of EJ!

They disbursed funds incorrectly by wire transfer and when you call there customer relation's department well they hang up on you. Disgusting customer service and Code of Ethics there is none
- JTjudy toveyJan 2, 20221.0Do not under any circumstances use Edward Jones for your investments. I live in the US and my husband had previously lived in Canada and had his funds in Edward Jones. They provided me misinformation causing me to lose about $20,000 when I went to bring it over to the US. Long story short they admitted they misinformed me but do not wish to rectify the situation because they know it could cost me more to fight it. Shame on them for ripping off widows and others. Beware!

They had charged like Hundred BUCKS commission cut per basic equity trade in past, sure its still high or much higher than industry competition. Door to door sales that they will use is like modern day snake oil sales man, which they almost promise that they will make you money by buying blue chip immemorial company or some old like strategy; yet they take a lot from you in high cuts, fees that come from hard work off your back.
