- DADavid AkselsonDec 2, 20251.0I invested years ago and now Ben Moore of Vernon, B.C. And hounded me after to reinvest. Now he wouldn't even return my call . He said I should invest my $100,000. TFSA with someone else. Not the best representative for the company. Waste of my time.

I have long discontinued my investments with them (over 5 years) but I still keep getting statements every month for like 0.17c balance. I have emailed them several times to close my accounts so I don't get statements but no response for 5 years!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!! If you guys at EJ don't have respect for clients, at least respect the environment. I am sure you are using unnecessary paper and spending more on mailing these statements than the balance itself LOL! I am glad I got out of EJ!

They disbursed funds incorrectly by wire transfer and when you call there customer relation's department well they hang up on you. Disgusting customer service and Code of Ethics there is none

When I didn't accept his financial plan, he stopped paying his rent 8 months ago and won't respond to any communication. I'm so thankful that I didn't go ahead and invest my life savings with Edward Jones or it's dead beat advisor.

After a $4,000 loss, decided to transfer my money back to my TFSA in my bank, this was in March 2022, finally after several calls and transfer papers from my bank , by June 21st, 2022 was it in my account. Yet they still had the nerve to charge me transfer fee’s!!! I want that refund
