  If you ask to switch bank accounts, they will make you sign a new PAD, you can tell them 2 weeks in advance, you can get verbal confirmation from an employee that your previous card will no longer be charged and your new card will be. And STILL be charged on both cards 2 weeks later. When that card you asked not to be charged gets into overdraft they will not take responsibility for the -48 NSF fees. They were never supposed to be in that card in the first place, rectify your mistake! You had no authorization to take from that card, that's attempted theft! My contractual obligations are only with the bank account I signed a PAD for!

  Pésimo servicio, en la página te dicen que te aprueban el préstamo. Pero cuando vas a la oficina. No te dan mayor información, además sus trabajadores son pésimos en servicio al cliente.

  I had no issue with the loan or its terms. The issue is the complete failure of this branch to manage my account securely or professionally, especially during final loan repayment. I was locked out of my account starting June 21, 2025, due to a retired email address on file. I immediately contacted the branch and spoke with a manager on June 20, who assured me the login email would be updated so I could pay off my loan in full. That update never happened. Despite 15+ emails and multiple follow-up calls between June 21 and July 10, I remained locked out. I repeatedly explained that I could not access the original email, meaning I couldn't receive password resets, view my loan balance, verify statements, or confirm payment details. This all began after I informed the branch I was paying off the loan—which makes the timing even more frustrating. I was forced to go nearly two full billing cycles without access, while interest continued to accumulate. With no resolution in sight, I was left with no choice but to pay the full amount via e-transfer on July 8—completely blind, with no login, no way to verify the account, and no guarantee my money was applied correctly. This reflects: A breach of the Consumer Protection Act A violation of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) And negligent mismanagement of private financial information I finally received a payout summary—only after additional follow-up on July 9. As of July 10, I still have no working login or access to my own financial records. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this branch with your personal information.
