Every time I come in, I have to wait over 30 minutes. The staff is taking over 30 minutes on each guest, which is ridiculous. When I asked for the manager's email, they wouldn't give me it. I hate going to this location.

It’s 2025 and people expect to use an ATM when they drive to a bank, technical issues during peak rush hour is unacceptable and they expect people to wait in a massive line up for something that will take less than a minute.
