- MSMichael SMar 28, 20251.0If I was able to provide less of a rating I would. The so called “ manager “ Chelsea provided such a terrible and hostile experience while I was simply inquiring about my deposit status of my account. She is severely unfit to operate at her position. The worst experience I’ve ever encountered at a TD branch. The grounds of hiring must’ve been ground zero because I do not and can not understand why the company would hire such under prepared personnel for a highly customer service oriented position. My disgust and disappointment bleeds as I write this review. Deeply disappointed by the hiring team at TD. I do not understand how someone who fails to be a decent human being acquires a high ranking position.
