PLEASE READ: I’m not going to mince words because as you can see this bank has many terrible reviews for good reason. Interaction was at: Dec. 17th @ 11:45 am Garbage customer service, all of you who work the front desk should be ashamed that you even get up in the morning to come to this job. Vacate the job and give it to some else, your life not the only hard one. Pathetic I come into the bank and am greeted by a bank teller who immediately SIGHS as a sit down. In a cheery mood I say, “long day?”, greeted by a cold reply, “yes”. I request a bank draft, and ask if the fee can be waived (this is perfectly reasonable and other TD locations have granted this without much hassle). She says extremely robotically “no, your account is not high enough” then follows it up with “there is NO reason for us to do it”. Cmon…just say “sorry I can’t”, what is wrong with you? It’s kind of funny how bad it was actually. Sad excuse for a teller, the management who came to approve this transaction not much in the way of friendliness. Working in service industry is no reason for you to act like this. Grow up, go get a job you like because you’re really screwing with everyone’s day. As a business owner I will be referring every single person I meet away from this bank from here on not. Please change your staff training or get better management altogether. Completely unacceptable.

Dear TD Canada Trust, I am a business owner. I came here yesterday around 1 P.M Monday, December 1st, 2025 to withdraw money for my vacation trip and their staff was very tense, no smile, very long and slow. They had to ask many other staff and the managers. They also did not confidently to face with client. The customer I also “doubted” their skills and professionalism. They even asked me “ why are you withdrawing money here? “ With the attitude they talk to very so "rude” and the staff did not keep smiling, even the manager looked very stressful and made me feel unwelcome in my own bank. I said that I was traveling here and I met my friends at the Commerce Gate Plaza next to the TD Bank then I saw TD Bank , it’s convenient for me to come withdrew money to save my time. I do not know that TD Bank has the right to withdraw money all over Canada as long as there is a branch or I am required to go to the city I live to make transactions? Can you confirm help me please? I always responded their questions with good manner and politely way during my time here at this branch. I has experienced by many different bank staff across Canada before and they are very polite. This is the first time I have experienced the service here and I am very surprised. If you want to seriously improve and develop your businesses. I hope you should seriously read all the customer reviews and have to make an action and a change of personnel, or move employees to other branches nearby every 2 years to give the staff more experience and new skills to be transparent and avoid mutual cover-up and additional training in customer service skills. My work also to be associated with many people from all walks of life and I am always stay humble, respect each others, polite with positive energy, listening and sympathetic. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I would greatly appreciate your personal acknowledgment and any steps you feel appropriate to address this matter. Kindest regards, Tony

I am shocked by the service at this branch (220 Commerce Valley Dr W). I came in at 17:40 (5:40 PM) to activate my card and mobile banking and was told I needed 2 pieces of ID. Fair enough. I returned the same day at 17:55 (5:55 PM), with the correct ID. The branch was still open and I was allowed in. The two young Chinese women at the counter refused to help me, stating it was "too late." This was 5 minutes before the posted 6:00 PM closing time. It's clear the staff was more interested in getting off the job quicker than in servicing customers until the branch actually closes. If this branch stops serving customers at 5:55 PM, they should update their hours or lock the door. To be allowed to enter, wait, and then be dismissed is completely disrespectful of a customer's time, especially after making two trips. To make things worse, I tried calling TD to complain, and they told me I have to activate my profile first—the very thing this branch refused to help me with. What a broken system. I will not be returning to this branch.

the guys at the front counter are always nice and efficient which i appreciate as I used to come to this location 2-3 times a week to make deposits for the company I worked for. They always get me the receipts and things I need quickly compared to the TD bank at Hillcrest Mall
