  I had the pleasure of dealing with Hemani as I made a blunder and left my money in the money retriever slot. After I realized, went back to the bank for options. Hemani helped me but was unfortunately unable to retrieve my money for me. After I left, she worked hard to explain my unfortunate mistake to her manager and about 2 days later I got a call from her that her manager approved depositing my money back to my account as they checked security footage. Hemani went above and beyond customer service requirements to help me. I am not only grateful to her but applaud her for taking a stand on my benefit. What exceptional service by Hemani and the team at TD. I will never go anywhere else and highly recommend this branch for their exceptional customer service! Thank you!

  I had the pleasure of visiting TD Bank today and experienced a truly exceptional level of service from Himany, that I would consider a prime example of TD’s legendary customer experience. While the staff is consistently helpful, today I needed assistance with a locked card and encountered some challenges with the app. Himany, who assisted me, was outstanding—not only was she efficient and professional, but she also took the initiative to reset my password to prevent any future login issues. This proactive approach ensured that my concerns were fully addressed during my first visit, saving me the need for follow-up calls or additional visits. As a former TD Insurance employee with nearly four years of experience in customer service at TD, I can genuinely appreciate the caliber of service Himany provided. She truly exemplifies the high standards of customer care that TD is known for.

  Today I went to the TD bank for open an account. Then I got great experience from the staff of there.My appointment was with mr.Abdullah who is a great supportive person and I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.

  I was just at the branch on castlemore and Markham main st. to deposit my toonies and loonies coins. And I had the worst ever encounter with a personal banker Derek Lam who claims he is a branch manager after I had asked to speak to the manager but unfortunately the manager is not in til the afternoon. I had to deal with him and this man was very condescending in the beginning, I went up to him and I even apologized for giving him work to count coins. First I checked the td online tto see if they take coin deposits and it said that yes they do take rolled coins and I can get them from td bank branch. This morning after I went to the same branch I had asked for some coin rollers and I was given I guess what he could find. I even told him how much I had. I had asked him if it was ok to bring the rest of coins it it wasn't rolled up and he said yes. I witnessed another teller counting loose coins this morning that someone had deposited without any complaints. This personal banker Derek Lam I took out the ziplock bag I had wrapped what I could with what was given to me and rest were loose proceeded to tell me he will only take the rolled up ones and he's not gonna waste half an hour of his time counting the coins. This made me upset as I did my research and if I had known that was the case I would have gone to another branch to get more coin rollers, I went to dollarama but they had none. I was so upset that I couldn't even wrapped the coins as I was shaking. He proceeded to argue with me the whole time had something to say the whole time, then he said td does not provide roll up coins wrapper we are responsible to get them. Then he changed his demeanour and helped me wrapped the coins after he said he wasn't going to accept the coins that were not rolled up. His customer service sucks. I told him he was going to give me a heart attack then he said you are giving me one too. What kind of a customer service are you to speak to a customer like that. After all that time he said I helped you wrapped up the coins this experience was very upsetting and I had a headache leaving the branch. I'm a senior and to be treated like that I felt like I was wasting his time. He said a lot of things I wish they had recording of the transaction so they can review it. I'm enclosing a copy of what I found and went by that he asked me to show him but at that time I couldn't function as I was shaking so bad. I hope the manager for this branch Vi cent Lam deals with this kind of customer service because clearly he shouldn't be working g deal g with customers
