    Front desk person did not pay attention to listen what I need, just did it but not the way I want to… this is very bad as a service person!!!

    I had the pleasure of dealing with Hemani as I made a blunder and left my money in the money retriever slot. After I realized, went back to the bank for options. Hemani helped me but was unfortunately unable to retrieve my money for me. After I left, she worked hard to explain my unfortunate mistake to her manager and about 2 days later I got a call from her that her manager approved depositing my money back to my account as they checked security footage. Hemani went above and beyond customer service requirements to help me. I am not only grateful to her but applaud her for taking a stand on my benefit. What exceptional service by Hemani and the team at TD. I will never go anywhere else and highly recommend this branch for their exceptional customer service! Thank you!

    I had the pleasure of visiting TD Bank today and experienced a truly exceptional level of service from Himany, that I would consider a prime example of TD’s legendary customer experience. While the staff is consistently helpful, today I needed assistance with a locked card and encountered some challenges with the app. Himany, who assisted me, was outstanding—not only was she efficient and professional, but she also took the initiative to reset my password to prevent any future login issues. This proactive approach ensured that my concerns were fully addressed during my first visit, saving me the need for follow-up calls or additional visits. As a former TD Insurance employee with nearly four years of experience in customer service at TD, I can genuinely appreciate the caliber of service Himany provided. She truly exemplifies the high standards of customer care that TD is known for.
