  Only open during branch hours. Kinda pointless to have an ATM set up like this.

  was at this branch to have details done to our accounts. As we check in at the reception counter, we were told to wait; unfortunately there was only standing room as the chairs were all taken. Mia W was our Associate, she dressed smartly, presentable and exude confidence. Though this is Not our home branch, she made us feel at "home." To begin, she validated our credentials. When we informed her what we wanted to get done with our accounts, she thoroughly understood our needs; explain to us the options offered, what is best to our needs, have Patience to answer all our questions. Most importantly, Let us pick the options offered. We been to other branches but feel that she is indeed an asset to this branch, with her display of Confidence on her presentation and wide knowledge of various products offered by TD. Mia would have a bright future. I will tell all my friends to have her when they visit this TD branch at Kennedy/Steele. Mia W is indeed a Keeper and will make any company proud to have her on their staff. Keep up the Good Work Mia. Wilkin

  This has to be the worst ran branch in the GTA. They have multiple people standing around chatting and 1 person working the counter. Even the times when they have 2 or 3 at the counters, they're moving super slow, then leave for chitchat breaks, while people in the line look at them with bewilderment. The branch manger needs to find another job.

  If I could I would put 0 stars , extremely slow staff , I came there at 5 pm, only two reps was working with ppl in the line, time to time third person was coming to help, at 6 I finally had a chance to talk to the representative and she was very slow at typing, she had hard time speaking English (i work in a call centre and I speak English since I was a kid, problem wasn’t with me) , it took her 10 minutes to help me with direct deposit (the process that usually takes 2 minutes max). I will leave complain in the TD complaints office. Never had such a slow and terrible experience with TD before
