  저는 시간이 없었기에 후기가 안좋았지만 이 지점에 들려야만 했어요. 안좋은 후기를 만든 사람을 안만나길 빌었습니다. 매니저?와 은행원은 대화 중이었으나 제가 온 걸 눈치챘는데 대화를 서서히 멈추며 절 반겨주였습니다. 은행원은 저에게 친절하게 응대해주어 기뻤습니다😆😆 휴대폰 번호를 변경했는데 현재 휴대폰 수리 중이라 못 가져왔다고 하니, 앱 인증번호를 위해서는 다음에 꼭 챙겨와야 한다고 모든 업무가 끝날 때까지 상기시켜주었습니다. 너무 감사합니다!!!

  Line was super long which was really frustrating. I’m not great with finance and I wasted hours to a few advisors in other branches and still couldn’t get a clear answer. Surprisingly the manager only took 5mins and he was able to explain everything- which term I should pay for , how much I could pay extra this year, interest rate... impressive…

  Waited 20 minutes in line (while tellers were chatting and giggling with each other.) Finally got to a teller for them to continue to waste my time. Clearly unorganized and horrible service. The supervisor of the tellers looked like he was still in high school, and had the knowledge of a high schoolers as well. Bonus: On my way out of the branch frustrated, went to go use the hand sanitizer to clean my hands, and it was empty.
