  Terrible experience with the staff working the counter on Sat Jan 10. This location has been my home branch for 20 years. I have multiple accounts there. My kids’ student accounts are there. My mortgage is there. Went today with my husband to open a joint account and was told to “make an appointment”. Drove down the street to BMO and opened on the spot. The number or one star reviews is telling.

  Selena is a very rude and confrontational staff. Ive never met a more argumentative and disappointing customer experience associate. Service at this branch has gone down the drain.

  I am very disappointed with this bank’s service. It is extremely slow, and it seems the branch manager is unable to manage the long line. The employees are not able to resolve issues independently, which causes delays. While one employee is serving a customer, he/she get interrupted by others employee asking for help, it causes disrupting both customers service. Overall, it creates an unorganized and inefficient experience.

  Thirty minutes to deposit three cheques customers’ time deserves more respect. Visited the branch at 9:05 AM to deposit three business cheques. With six staff present, it still took nearly 30 minutes to process a simple deposit — handled by a trainee teller and eventually completed with the manager’s help. I fully support employee training, but customers shouldn’t feel like the training material. When I asked how much longer it would take, the manager’s response was flat and dismissive — no courtesy, no acknowledgment. A simple “thank you for your patience” would’ve shown some respect. TD talks a lot about respect — hopefully that includes respecting customers’ time too. I am visiting this branch for more than a decade, I will go here back again expecting respect for my time too and better service before I decide to take my business banking else where.

  I got problem in retrieving my bank statements in August 2025 from TD apps , however it keeps on giving 2024 ones…. I told a TD staff in person about my issue. Her name is Selena. She helped me to request paper bank statements which will take 2 business days, but I have to fly tomorrow and I need such statements to my insurance company for some reason. Selena found a way to solve my problem. she’s very friendly and sincere, and very smart to find solutions. Her help is greatly appreciated! 🥰
