- TPTerri PierracosSep 3, 20251.0This is the worse branch I have ever been to. The service was terrible. There were 2 tellers who were serving 2 people for 25 minutes each with a lineup of 5 people. We were standing there for a half hour and kept asking for another teller to be added. The response was apathy and no help whatsoever. People were leaving the line and complaining. It wasn’t even peak hours. I will never go there again.

Went on AI to find that ATMs often eats back up uncollected cash after a time frame, which prompted me to call back and share my research. The staff there then was helpful in submitting a report on my behalf and about 2-3 weeks later, was able to get my money back.
