At this AI generation, these incompetencies should not be tolerated. 2 stars because I think the front staff tried but failed. The bank lags way behind in supporting their staff and old school stubbornness to simplify their process. Changing a debit card should not take more than 3 minutes after kyc. In future, my device should be my bank card!

I don’t know how they could have possibly messed up!! It is completely unacceptable and dangerous to hand someone a card with not their own name on it!! And now I have to visit the branch again to get a new card, and my husbands original card is closed, and my husband need to go to the branch to get a new card. Wasting both our time for something not my fault!!
