- YYYing “Tomato Grower” YangDec 4, 20251.0This has got to be one of my worst experience in opening a bank account. I got this guy Michael Chen, who took 4 weeks after our meeting to get a bank account going but without the services that I needed in the account nor booking me with someone who is required to open an investment account. I tried calling a few times to get a hold of him and the bank staff would tell me he doesn't exist in their branch. I don't know what monkey business this bank is into but I am about to give up and open my account in a bank that is more competent!

I went to the branch. I waited less than 5 minutes in line. The lady who helped me - by the name of Slavica - was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful and gave me exactly the denominations I needed. Fast, efficient! Everything perfect!
