  The manager at this branch was unbelievably unprofessional. I came in with a normal question and kept a polite attitude, but instead of helping, the manager acted as if they wanted to argue with me. It was the worst customer service I’ve ever received from a bank manager even in my whole life!! But Benny, one of the staff members, was very professional and respectful. He showed great customer service, and I truly appreciate his attitude. Too bad the manager ruined the whole experience.I would like to choose CIBC.

  This is the most terrible branch I've ever been to. I would give them 0 stars if it were permitted. The line was not moving at all. This branch is not understaffed and I noticed that many tellers are just hanging out and socializing. Not only were the tellers just standing around chatting with their colleagues, they seemed confused and provided no helpful solutions to speeding up the line, but they wasted my time and caused unnecessary frustration. I am very disappointed with the service that I received at this branch. I remember that there used to be a branch in Markham located on Wootten Way North, but that branch closed quite some time ago already. It would make my day if this branch closed their doors after the miserable experience I had.

  I’ve interacted twice with a male staff member with last name Xiao (wears glasses) at this TD branch, and while he technically completed the services I requested, his attitude was consistently dismissive and impatient. He gave off a clear “don’t waste my time, just get your stuff done and leave” vibe, and made me feel as though asking clarifying questions was a bother. Today, I asked a question about using my debit card overseas. Before I even finished explaining, he interrupted with an unrelated answer. When I clarified my actual question, he simply changed his response without acknowledging that the first one was incorrect—until I questioned it. Only then did he say he had “misunderstood” my question. Overall, it was not a welcoming experience. I hope TD trains its staff to listen more carefully and treat all customers with patience and respect.

  I’m writing this on behalf of my mom to thank Jadon from TD Bank for the wonderful help he gave her on Monday. She told me how kind and patient he was, taking the time to explain everything clearly and never making her feel rushed. It meant a lot to her and made the whole experience so much easier. Thank you, Jadon you really made a difference for her.

  I am not the type to leave bad reviews. That said, I thought I was the only one sharing that sentiment, but after reading the reviews, I now realize that this branch manager, by the name of Michael Xiao, is a rude and seemingly miserable individual. First and foremost, I tend to go to this branch solely because of its proximity and convenience. I went there today ( August 11th, 2025) because I had misplaced my debit card. The representative assisting me was very cordial and helpful, whereas Michael remarked, “Did you lose your cellphone as well?” I don’t know if I was treated this way just because I am a black chinese ( nee how) but this man seemed very irritated, and I’m not sure if that’s the kind of person you’d want as a TD ambassador.
