- YGYan Gao3 days ago1.0I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this branch. A staff member named Michael Xiao was very rude and unprofessional, not only toward customers but also toward the teller. He showed a complete lack of patience, repeatedly sighing and displaying an unacceptable attitude throughout the interaction. This experience was very unpleasant, I will not be returning to this branch for any future business.

- ECEmily ChenNov 30, 20251.0I had a really bad experience at this branch. The branch manager, whose last name is Xiao, was extremely rude, impatient, and disrespectful. He clearly does not know how to treat clients and is absolutely not qualified to be in a customer-facing role. I’m so angry that I don’t usually leave reviews, but I have to now. I’m questioning how TD, as one of the biggest banks in Canada, can still have someone like this at the front desk, especially when there are already so many Google reviews complaining about him.

After I found it out when I just got back my car to check, I tried to went back to the counter to correct the bankdraft but they said the computer was off, and ask me leave. 1. They push all the responsibility to us that we didn't check. 2. No any follow up, just ask you home, and I was in rush to submit things when only have a limited time shot.
