- NRNia ReviewsDec 20, 20251.0The worst branch in Markham. Tellers and management need to be replaced. TD is overall a horrible bank to deal with in terms of everything. I regret this bank and it being the first one I ever opened. If you have children and need to open a bank account for them, find a different financial institution.

- JLJelene LarracasNov 24, 20251.0I came to this branch and was waiting around for 45minutes no greeting no acknowledgement. 3 customers came in after me and was also seated in the waiting area but all got attended and was greeted by the short lady with long hair. She made eye contact with me but didn’t say anything. That’s not good customer service. I decided to book myself a meeting on the web app but after 30minites of waiting, and no came to attend or greet or even acknowledge that I was there I came to the front and said I have an appointment. The CSR who was with a customer told me to sit down and I was again told to wait. This is not the service I expect from TD. Please do better. This is coming from someone who has banked with TD their whole life, my savings, investments and mortgage are all with TD - I expect better treatment.
