  I would give 0if i could. Rude, incompetent as Inconsiderate as it can get. TD bank is the worst bank and this branch is absolutely the worst. Do not do any banking here.

  Had a terrible experience at this branch- was treated horribly by staff and met without an ounce of compassion during a challenging personal financial situation. The employees lacked basic human kindness and customer service skills. Actively researching other banks so that I don’t have to deal with TD ever again.

  Excellent Service at TD Bank Copper Creek, Markham! The service at this branch is truly outstanding. The staff are friendly, professional, and always go the extra mile to help. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make every visit pleasant and efficient. I really appreciate their consistency and dedication to customer care, a great example of service excellence by TD

  I’ve been a TD client for many years, and this branch has gone downhill fast. Ever since they changed the staff, it’s been one frustrating experience after another. The new team moves at a snail’s pace — even when there’s no one else waiting, I still end up standing there forever. What’s worse, every time I try to deposit my business cheques, this branch seems to find a brand-new excuse not to accept them. Meanwhile, every other TD branch I visit has no issue taking the exact same cheques. It’s ridiculous. It feels like the people working here have no idea what they’re doing, or they just don’t care. I used to trust this location — now I drive farther just to avoid it. If TD actually reads these reviews, they seriously need to retrain or replace whoever’s running this branch, because it’s become the slowest, most incompetent one I’ve ever been to.

  I’m only giving one star because I can’t give 0. Absolutely the worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with. These employees are robots, not people. Take your money of every little thing and actually provide no service back for it. Time to go. If you are looking to open an account, DO NOT do it here. They will destroy your small business before it can even become a big business. They will take your money but will not help you when you are in need of your own money. Horrible bank, horrible service, horrible people… pardon me, robots. Go to RBC or BMO. Much more human.
