  I recently visited the bank and had the pleasure of working with Dom. He was extremely helpful and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Dom took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. His professionalism and friendliness truly stood out. I really appreciate the outstanding service—thank you, Dom!

  One of the cashiers named Dominic, gets to talk out loud about the transactions of the clients and it was not mys, but a person who was in front of me, I think they should have more ethics and know that they work in a bank, not in Tim Hortons and that is very delicate... 👎🏻

  Marie the manager. Was having some trouble with TD and they exited my account but Marie helped me to get back my account on the same day that too during rush hour and she made sure that i was updated about the every step. Sometimes you gotta see above the horizon of the job spectrum and try to put your shoes in customers shoes, and she fit right in mine , made my day and i got my account back before the day ended. Good people always do good to others . Bless you marie

  This is a warning to anyone looking to use the ATM after hours at this branch. There was a change at this branch where after work hours the ATM machine inside is no longer accessible and only the drive-thru ATM remained open. I went to the ATM to withdraw $1000 (the maximum available), and instead of asking me what bills I preferred, the machine spat out 200x $5 bills into the open. It was late at night and I had to carry this massive wad of cash on me for everyone to see. This not only caused massive headaches but literally put my life in danger for a simple transaction. This shows an astounding lack of awareness from decision-makers regarding the user experience. Clearly, no one at the higher corporate level thought to take the time to properly test their machines before making the switch or applied any common sense before going ahead with shutting their indoor ATMs after work hours. Please do better, and do it fast.

  This branch used to be the best but now look at the service only two people working at teller and manager is not even worried about it rather busy in chit chat with other people. No one at business counter and it’s Friday. Imagine you are doing business in TD bank and look at service you get. You go in big line and spend 45 minutes for wait as they don’t have people for work. Business line says 10-5 but no one there. Good luck TD bank
