We went to the Manotic Toronto Dominion where we were greeted by Sara Williams who is the manager of customer experience. Sara was wonderful. Super friendly, helpful and took her time helping my mother set up her online banking, and downloading the app on her off phone for mobile banking. Sara was so patient and kind she made us feel like we were one of her family members. As a front line representative of Toronto Dominon she does your organization proud. If you need a bank account, setting up and bank payments or even need a mortgage, go in and see Sara. She will take care if you just like she did for my mother. Thank you Sara. She came in hot when we were questioning the process and couldn’t be bothered to understand our concerns and explain the process properly. She told us they were too busy to properly serve us. Shame on you!!

He was very helpful and made some requested changes to our accounts. Vibin is an asset to TD, as he is friendly as well as knowledgeable and professional, and just comes across as a very honest and decent fellow.

Especially Heather Moir, she goes out of her way to help you accomplish what you need too get done. Which she has always has done for me. I do both business and personal banking with this branch. Switched from another branch to this branch after moving to the country. They are also great with kids banking with them. Very patient, understanding of the child afraid to give them their hard to saved money for fear they won't get it back but we finally got my child to understand with the account book showing the balance and then again the balance after a deposit or withdrawal totals. He now manages his own money. He likes to go after his birthday to make a deposit. It's fun for him and me to see him save so fiercely to be able to buy something he wants.

The branch manager has gone to bat for me in the past and all the staff (especially Barb) greet me with a smile. They are efficient at what they do including complex transactions like international wires, etc.
