We went to the Manotic Toronto Dominion where we were greeted by Sara Williams who is the manager of customer experience. Sara was wonderful. Super friendly, helpful and took her time helping my mother set up her online banking, and downloading the app on her off phone for mobile banking. Sara was so patient and kind she made us feel like we were one of her family members. As a front line representative of Toronto Dominon she does your organization proud. If you need a bank account, setting up and bank payments or even need a mortgage, go in and see Sara. She will take care if you just like she did for my mother. Thank you Sara. She came in hot when we were questioning the process and couldn’t be bothered to understand our concerns and explain the process properly. She told us they were too busy to properly serve us. Shame on you!!

I guess manager decided to hire tellers that give the LEAST amount of customer service with the grumpiest most dismissive attitude. Pity that it's at a high end location like manotick.
