I had to hound them to complete my mortgage and bridge loan and when the day came they sent the wrong amount of money which stalled the entire deal.

Was told to use drive thru ATM which was "temporarily out of service". Would have took me 2 minutes to use the inside ATM, and there were still customers inside, shouldn't have been an issue.

- MMMardinAug 19, 20251.0Very disappointing experience at this branch. I went to withdraw $2000 from my account, and the manager was called in. Unfortunately, she was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and spoke to me in a very disrespectful way. Instead of explaining the bank’s policy clearly, she rudely told me to step outside and use the ATM. A bank should treat its clients with respect and professionalism, but this branch failed completely. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
