- MMMark3 days ago1.0Yesterday on my way home from work I decided to drop in to resolve a simple matter which required a financial advisors assistance. While waiting in line I noticed a very angry customer, which should have been my omen to leave. Usually I resolve the same matter a few times a year at my home branch without issue and within a matter of minutes. The financial advisor here incorrectly instructed me to send my funds to the wrong account. Then, instead of attempting to help me, she gave me a TD number to call. I was on the phone for a hour and a half, getting transferred 6 times, trying to resolve this issue myself. To be clear, this issue would not have happened had the financial advisor properly identified the correct account. Further, she was very rude and dismissive. She told me to leave her office as she had other work to attend to. Due to her neglect my funds are now inaccessible for up to SIX WEEKS. Thank you OlgaLu Diaz, for causing a headache and wasting my time (January 8, 2026). I understand that mistakes happen. What I’m upset about is your complete lack of effort to resolve the mistake and your complete lack of customer service skills. This was NOT a legendary service. This branch left me feeling like the employees don’t care about the customers nor what happens to the money they are trusted to manage. If any regional managers would like to discussing my experience here, I would be more then happy to provide in great detail my entire experience.

Although I didn't walk in with an appointment, he spent his time during his lunch break to help me with some difficult tasks that other advisors weren't able to help me with.
