John is truly a pleasure to work with - very knowledgeable, thorough, and quick to respond. Most importantly he goes above and beyond in ensuring your matters are tended to (and timely). Would recommend John 10/10 to any of my friends or colleagues - he will take great care of you.

Today my sister and I had an appointment at 1 pm to go over our mother’s estate as she had passed in September. At 1:15 we were told Charlotte the person we were meant to see was in a meeting but it wouldn’t be much longer. By 1:30 we were still sitting there waiting, so we got up and asked to rebook our appointment with someone else another day. I think a lot of integrity has been lost in the world. Running a little behind is one thing, but being over a half hour late, for any appointment, let alone one of the sensitive nature as ours is not only unprofessional it’s disrespectful. Apparently Charlotte was in a meeting with her own manager, which actually makes the entire scenario even worse. Extremely disappointed with TD and considering going elsewhere with our banking once the estate is settled.

We were assisted by Isabella Wang, who was incredibly patient and professional throughout the entire process. She took the time to clearly explain all the different types of cards and accounts we might consider, making sure we fully understood our options. What really stood out was her empathy and warm attitude — she genuinely cared about helping us make the right choices based on our needs. In all honesty, it's rare to come across someone in a bank who offers such a high level of customer service. She also speaks Mandarin, which made the entire experience so much smoother and more comfortable for us as Chinese speakers. I’m sure she would offer the same level of care and professionalism to clients of any background. Honestly, meeting her felt like one of those "wish we had met earlier" moments — it's not often you find someone who combines professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness so well. We truly appreciated her support and would highly recommend her to anyone visiting TD. Thank you again, Isabella!
