- DPDavid PopeJun 2, 20251.010+ years of doing my personal + business banking with TD. Tellers act as pompous gate keepers between you and your money. Add friction to the process and treat you like you’re a criminal for wanting access to your own funds. Incredibility inconsistent experience + communication across the board. Was just hung up on by a resolutions rep who told me notes on file can only be of a certain nature, and that the one I was asking for wasn’t per their policy. (Really?) For the account fees I pay and have paid over the last decade plus, I expect a better experience when it comes to accessing my hard earned money... and perhaps a feeling of appreciation for my business and loyalty.
- TTtw147runFeb 10, 20255.0I have noticed every time I have been to this branch, there is always this lady who greets all the customers in the line or at the teller with a warm smile. I have always noticed this same lady get up from a desk and open up a teller station to help reduce customer lineup. I asked her for her name as I wanted to speak to her manager about her great customer service. To my surprise she told me she was the manager and her name is Sonja. It was so great to see a manager jump in the front line so quickly to help reduce the customer lineups and, importantly, support the front line. Also love her warm smile and greetings. Please let Sonja know the customers appreciate her. Respectfully Tim

The cleanliness and the constant upkeep, not to mention the welcoming and absolutely friendly staff!!! They really made going to the bank enjoyable despite the fact that it was inconvenient to have my card frozen and have to go to the branch for a new card
