    Alexander Bikos at TD was amazing to work with. He helped me open two business accounts while switching over from BMO, and the entire process was smooth, fast, and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was set up properly for my businesses.     I was worried a lot when I created an account because I couldn't speak English. However, I solved it easily because Jenny, a Korean employee, helped me translate it when I created the account. It was kind and easy to explain. It would have been very difficult without Jenny, but I was so comfortable because of Jenny. Also, I was very happy that Agnes Davis, who makes the account, was kind and explained in detail. Thank you for your kindness.
