I wouldn't have imagined my card to ever be usable again until I have met her. Great hospitality, care, and very thoughtful to its' customers. - PMP MJun 14, 20251.0Avoid TD Canada Trust in general. If you need to use this location. Go to another branch @ all costs. Poor attitude, unwillingness to ask for help on questions from customers. Saying "sorry we don't do that" is not good enough, when it is indeed your job or your manager's job... Failing to complete forms and documents necessary for financial transactions. Submitting incomplete documents for others to resolve at a higher level, resulting in 3X the work. Had an ATM issue, so I reported it. the documentation I was given was written on a post-it note with a case number on it..... Unprofessional.
