- GAGabrielle AllinNov 8, 20251.0Do not visit if you can avoid, tried to hold cheque Illegally (can’t hold under 1500) and when called out straight up lied about a flag on my account I called head office and no such issue exists, apparently this is a common issue they have with them , completely un professional do not go especially if you have tattoos , manager is also completely unprofessional looks like the job goes over her head but she is too big of a snob to admit her mistake, eye rolling infront of customers honestly terrible behaviour for a manager, would give no stars if able to, atrocious behaviour happened twice now , either update your systems or get personal who know what they are doing. Avoid Maria seems to like putting holds on peoples money , once for a older woman who was in front of us and twice for us, (can’t work her equipment either, sad watching her fight the cheque machine after she tried to “hold” my money) never had this happen at any other branch , definitely needs to be investigated.
