Waited in line, the teller went through all the verification's, then tells us that there is no body available at the bank to help us. We have to make an appointment and come back when someone is available, THAT IS NOT HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKS. I am standing in the bank here and now the onus is on the bank to have authorized people available to me, NOT when it's convenient to the bank. This complaint will fall on deaf ears.

Now this bank service is very poor and dealing with customer is very bad before it was good. Now they are taking too much time more than Brampton hospital. Unnecessary waiting customer time and country money
