  Went to this branch with my wife today to get my name added to an account that my wife held with her now deceased mother. Waited in line, the teller went through all the verification's, then tells us that there is no body available at the bank to help us. We have to make an appointment and come back when someone is available, THAT IS NOT HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKS. I am standing in the bank here and now the onus is on the bank to have authorized people available to me, NOT when it's convenient to the bank. This complaint will fall on deaf ears.

  Service of this bank is not good. I am already customer of this bank is last 20 years. Now this bank service is very poor and dealing with customer is very bad before it was good. Now they are taking too much time more than Brampton hospital. Unnecessary waiting customer time and country money

  I'm relatively pleased with this Branch. I've mainly being going to the 1920 Dundas Street branch since 2007 I think. I also go to the 220 Dundas Street branch also but not for a while.   I have been a TD customer for years, but this branch has got to be the worst of the worst. I walked in today around 10:30 AM, and as per a couple of other occasions, their tellers are all socializing with the people on the counter to no end. There was a short lady whom I assume is the manager standing behind them watching over them, but not encouraging them to get moving. The only clerk (African gentleman) was the only one moving the line. I was there for 25 minutes exactly until they finally got to me. I felt that I was at a social club rather than at a bank considering the situation. They either need better managers at that location, or they need to get their clerks to actually work rather than socialize. We have jobs to get back to, and it is unfair of them to get their hourly pay, while we lose ours while waiting on them. I personally will avoid going to this branch unless absolutely necessary. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

I was dealing with an incredibly complex issue involving unauthorized withdrawals from my account, which was causing me a lot of stress. Britty listened patiently and attentively to my problem. She was incredibly cooperative and demonstrated remarkable intelligence in navigating the situation. She dedicated a significant amount of her time to helping me, showing immense patience and understanding throughout the entire process. She even helped me get on the phone with the company responsible for the withdrawals from my account, and we spoke with them to clarify the charges by their specific dates. This was such a huge relief and made me so happy! Britty is truly a kind, calm, and intelligent individual. She resolved my issue completely, including getting me a new bank card, all while I was still at the bank. Her dedication and professionalism are truly commendable.
