- EEEisa4 days ago1.0Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I was treated with utter disrespect and hostility by an employee at this branch. What’s even worse is the management’s reaction; when I filed an official complaint, they dismissed the issue with a generic ‘we are sorry’ without taking any corrective action. This lack of accountability proves that customer dignity is not a priority here. A bank that tolerates abusive behavior from its staff and offers empty apologies instead of real solutions is a bank that doesn’t deserve my trust or my money. I will be moving my accounts elsewhere. ——————-////// Thank you, Sharla. I appreciate the response. However, I have already called and opened a formal complaint previously, and it was closed without any resolution. I will call the number you provided, hoping that TD will finally take this seriously and 'make it right' as promised. I look forward to a real solution this time

So I had to cancel the transaction they took my money told me I’d get it in one to two days cause my banks “holding it” and I know that’s a lie cause it’s been two days and it’s not here so don’t bother with Victoria secret half there stuff is cheaply made anyways I really just wanted the pink bag.

They asking for my ID 50 time zero experience even the manager same I’m not gonna be with this branch anymore believe me don’t keep your money with this branch they’re not trust.
