- TTTracy ThompsonMay 10, 20231.0I would not recommend this office to my worst enemy. Between Peter and Steven neither one of them seem to know what they are doing. From suggesting to bring the paper work to my Mothers funeral to get the ball rolling in getting funds, to them actually filing the wrong paperwork and having to go back in for the second time to sign the proper paperwork. Then cheques that were sent out to family members, that none revived 23 days later and still nothing . Then when called on it, more than a few times, the response was they are sending them out by courier tomorrow. They are unprofessional, and incompetent. I would not have given any stars but had to give one in order to post.
