- MDMS DuchaineDec 8, 20251.0Make sure to ask not once but twice when talking with an agent at the bank. As I had a problem with my visa being compromised and was told they would expedite my new card, which would be 2- 4 days. We'll to find out the agent told me this and then got it sent to me standard 5- 10 days. So now it's been 7 days and I still do not have my new visa .Not a happy customer.. so I will never go to TD Listowel again. Sucks when you the customer has to track down and find out where your card is, and you don't get paid to do their job.
- CFCarey FontynDec 2, 20252.0Listowel TD Branch does not seem to have the same training/knowledge as the branch on Weber Street North in Waterloo. A simple request to move the date for our fixed mortgage payment was deemed impossible due to amortization and interest. Called our old branch in Waterloo, spoke with Habi and the date of our payment was moved to our preference, with an increase of a few dollars/month to accommodate the interest on the line of credit. Habi gave exceptional customer service and seemed to have no issues at all with moving the monthly withdrawal date. It would be my expectation that all TD branches have the same training, knowledge and ability to fulfill a customers request. Listowel branch, I would not recommend for mortgage assistance, as they clearly lack the expertise for specific requests.
