  This review is specific to this location (i wish I had the gentleman’s name at the front line who helped me) & the branch manager. After an AWFUL experience at the Kingsville location with both an advisor & the branch manager there, this location exceeded all my expectations and then some. All issues resolved with a positive, professional and friendly approach. Kingsville needs to take lessons from this branch manager. Listening goes a long way. Thank you for all your help and understanding.

  My last few interactions with bank have been stellar!… Paul is a real asset to the branch along with counter staff.

  I had an appointment at this branch hoping to set up a chequing account and try my luck with the $700 promo for opening this chequing account. The appointment went well. My most significant criticism would be I was not able to leave with my TD Access/Debit card after the appointment finished. I was told to return to this branch another day to pick up the card. This criticism was acknowledged by TD management and with a phone rep. I am eligible for $450 of the advertised $700 promo but it takes 3 months after every term and condition of the promo has been satisfied to receive the funds which is disappointing. Also disappointed because newcomers to Canada are entitled to a $100 Amazon.ca gift card for opening the same account. I could have really used that gift card. In conclusion, this was a positive first experience with this local TD branch. I felt welcomed and appreciated as a new customer here unlike at my old bank. Much better than the obscenely terrible, severely rude, and uncaring laziness from my previous bank.

  Based on other reviews, apparently this is a recurring issue with the Leamington branch, but I was incredibly frustrated and appalled by the lack of customer service this morning. The business line is pointless and should be eliminated. I arrived when the business line had 2 people waiting, and the regular line was a constant stream of people coming and going (at least 8-10 people long.) By the time I was finally called over, I had waited in line for 30mins. The teller that finally helped me was about to call another person from the regular line until her coworker asked her to take me from the business line. I asked why I wasn't called by another teller sooner, since I had been waiting so much longer than anyone else in the branch at that point. Her response was " I didn't see you" meanwhile, she looked right at me multiple times. Every other teller also made eye contact with me multiple times. The teller at the business line said I should be happy that they have that option at all, since most banks don't anymore. It's pointless, frustrating, and the customer service is always so poor.

  Not a fan of this bank any other td bank but this one I always walk out of there upsets
