To help keep our customers and colleagues safe, we have implemented physical distancing guidelines in our branches. We are limiting the number of customers in the branch and your wait time may be longer than normal.
Our first hour of operation is dedicated to serve seniors and other vulnerable populations with urgent in-person banking needs. In Quebec, we are serving these customers during regular branch hours with enhanced support for physical distancing.
We ask that you only visit the branch for matters that require in-person assistance. Please do not visit if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been advised to self-isolate due to exposure to COVID-19 or travel.

- EMEllie MaidlowAug 17, 20221.0Google says it’s open till 8 on Wednesday’s so does one sign on their door which states Monday-Friday 9 am - 8 pm, another sign only says only open till 6 pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday which isn’t stated online at all. They close at 6 pm. Disappointing. Please update your hours so people don’t get screwed even while planning in advance.
