- SLStellz luchiiDec 27, 20251.0The customer care manager at the branch is very sassy. My Td card was closed by a staff there without my consent and when she called me, she refused to let me talk. She spoke all over me and kept putting me on hold. Awful service
- JWJessica WestDec 15, 20251.0One of the worst banks ever, all staff are trash and the manager was even worse.. went in with 100$ bill asking to exchange it for 20’s you think a bank that has money could exchange larger bills for smaller bills regardless if you bank with them or not (there making a big deal about it telling me they can’t give me change) It’s pathetic no wonder there reviews are so low, definitely won’t be stepping foot into this bank again and no wonder why less people are banking with TD, thanks for nothing.
- MMmaddieDec 2, 20251.0TRASH! I went in to get a new bank card because I misplaced mine. I provided all the proof that the account is mine by giving them my license, student card, address, entering the correct pin and provided the code that was sent to my phone. Apparently this was NOT good enough for the teller or the guy sitting at the desk in the back. They even asked me for my passport and pink slip and must’ve scanned my license to see if it was fake 5 times. A process that usually takes 10 minutes took me an HOUR, which took begging and pleading and I was late for a test at school as a result. The man and woman working behind the counter treated me as if I was trying to steal someone’s account even though I provided all of my information. I’ve never had to go through such an extensive process at any other location and felt like I was being interrogated like a criminal.
