  I’ve been a TD Bank customer for all my personal and business banking needs for about 22 years. However, I’m considering switching to a different bank. Recently, I had a poor experience with the branch manager. She has poor customer service skills and needs to be educated on how to communicate and deal with TD Loyal customers.

  This has to be the worst TD Branch in the province. Been loyal to TD for over 25 years and every single time I go into this specific branch the answer is "no". For wire transfers they always claim the information is not correct and want to put unnecessary holds on deposits. Claiming it's TD Policy. Then I go to a different branch and my request is filled with no issues at all! This has happened to me for five seperate occasions! TD needs to examine the leadership and training at this branch. Don't waste your time.

  My husband and I went to this branch this week. The two tellers were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Best customer service I've experienced in a long while. Thank you ladies. Completely made my day!

  I’ve been with TD for over 13 years. Recently, I had a poor experience with a branch manager who appeared disengaged and unprofessional over the phone. I scheduled an appointment over six weeks ago to transfer my retirement savings from Manulife to TD. The manager claimed the transfer form was sent on July 23 or 24, but later it was confirmed as August 14 via fax. I do have evidence as well. No follow-up was done, and nothing has shown up on my TD app. My financial advisor advised that such transfers should be completed within maximum 30 days, which has now passed. Our back office is supposed to follow up, that the reason was being told. I called twice—no updates, no follow-up. Completely unacceptable. When I called the second time, the branch associate answered. I asked if the manager was available or if I needed an appointment for walk-in. Instead of a clear response, he asked, “What happened?” After I explained, he got upset over the phone. When frustration is met with no clear response, of course the customer will question it — and instead of answers, I received attitude. Then I was told the manager was in a meeting. If the branch associate lacks the skills to help customers, they shouldn't be in that role—others are more capable and professional. The manager later called and blamed me, saying locked-in funds can’t be moved to a non-locked-in plan. My question: why did your advisor say otherwise and submit the form, otherwise with not locked in plan. He has no clue, what he was talking. This branch seems to have shady practices. They only act promptly if you're investing where they want. During my first follow-up call, they even had the audacity to ask how much I was expecting to transfer. I have evidence of their false claims and documentation. The manager was quick to raise his voice over the phone—but that’s about all he was good at. Moving my all the funds and everything to the different bank. Stay away from TD bank.
