First, I came in to ask for an appointment with a young South Asian female staff member sitting in the left chair (around 5:30pm, December 1st). While conversation, she did not even look me in the eye when talking, and sometimes stared at me as if she did not welcome me at all. I feel like she wants me to go away quickly. And here is the interesting part, when I'm choosing the schedule to visit, she always presses "don't be late, OK!!", which sounds really unprofessional and rude, literally. I wonder if I am talking to my parent or my boss. Well, if I am unfortunately to be late, I will inform you nicely, miss; not as impolitely as you did. Second, when I decide to change the schedule because I don't want to have an appointment with her, that makes her have to re-enter the phone number. She stared and said, "Phone number again?" Wow, that's how you were taught in high school? Overall, this is one of the most shocking experiences when stepping into a Bank facility. Hope the manager would do something.

Do they think the bank is their private property? I will not return to this branch and I am considering changing my account to another bank.
