- NPNishi PatelNov 6, 20251.0Here is the final tightened version including the appointment detail: ⸻ Very Disappointing Experience I called the branch a day before to confirm the silver coin I wanted. They told me it was in stock and I could come anytime the next day. No one mentioned any appointment was needed. When I arrived, they said they didn’t have that coin, so I said I’ll take any silver coin they have because I needed it as a gift. The associate tried to help, but when they spoke to the manager Saurabh, he refused to provide anything and just told me to come tomorrow with an appointment. He didn’t even take a moment to listen, even though the associate explained everything multiple times right in front of me. A complete waste of my time and extremely unprofessional behavior. Worst management experience I’ve had at TD.

Followed up with David, manager at my home branch and after a 20 min call with him, his rate was even higher… all within 24 hrs… how?? Branch manger wouldn’t take time to obtain my details and offer me a rate only gave me the posted rates, thanks for nothing! He was rude and tried to rush me off the call as quick as he could… I have see this branch’s service decline year after year in my 15 years working with them… time to go elsewhere.
