There are often many seniors doing their banking, and sometimes frustrated at the wait- but I always see the bank staff being patient and kind. When I need to do an in bank transaction I appreciate the TD employees are always able to help as efficiently as possible.

I called in the morning if they have that in stock and the answer was YES, and two hours later I went to the bank ,they started saying that the person who is responsible is in a meeting and you can make an appointment or to wait when that person finishes the meeting.I waited for 30 minutes and left.I drove two hours from Toronto for nothing.Very,very,very disappointed.
