Instead of properly accommodating me, I was sent to another associate named Jo-Jo. Jo-Jo opened my account but refused to process the other request I had made, even though it was part of my original appointment. He stated that he “has to deal with other customers,” and denied completing the remaining service I came for. This was unprofessional, dismissive, and not acceptable, especially considering the booking error was made by TD staff—not me.
