Filled out numerous forms with them multiple times and yet to receive it back. Do not deal with TD Bank they are crooks and have aweful services
- NHNatasha HoqueMar 5, 20221.0Honestly I never thought I would post a review for a banking experience, however I have never felt so judged while trying to cash a cheque that I received. Patricia, or I don't know if I correctly grabbed her name, gave me such a hard time. And tells me to "To try to cash it at RBC, with my photo i.d" I had to show them my income tax report in order to prove my story and where I got the cheques from, on top of that I had to show my tax papers to not only to one banker but to another manager/supervisor that was on duty. I will not be returning to this branch. I felt so humiliated.
