Filled out numerous forms with them multiple times and yet to receive it back. Do not deal with TD Bank they are crooks and have aweful services

I got bait-and-switched on currency conversion. 500 Euros cost me 612.32 USD. I sat right there in front of the teller doing a currency conversion on td.com's Currency Converter ("Cash" not "Non-Cash") and it said that 500 Euros should only cost 593.15 USD. I'm mad at myself for not just walking out. Never ever will I convert currency at TD Bank. Quite honestly, I am not sure why I even keep that one single account at TD. I guess because it's USD. But surely there have got to be better choices.
